2 years back...when i was at Guangzhou got the chance to try this fried ginger frog & frog meat porridge: P ...the taste? nice!!! but im sure that no all can take this :P
frog meat porridge...nice! wash the frogs, chooped ginger, mushroom... cut into pieces, boil with the rice ..marinate with seasoning ....boil for 20-30 minutes...then there u are....last not least the chinese parsley....wahhh i missed this so much!
